I was nominated for three categories in this year’s Education Blog Awards, or #eddies15. I don’t really know anything about this but it’s nice that someone noticed. Anyway, out of the three I came fifth in the Best New Blog category, which I reckon means somebody other than myself must have voted for me. Thank you if you did!

It was also great to see Andrew Old come third in both the Best Individual Blog and Best Tweeter categories, as well as fifth for his labourteachers.co.uk brainchild, whilst the always excellent Tom Sherrington came third in the strangely named Best Administrator Blog.

I’m not convinced these sorts of things are either very helpful or indicative of the genuinely great bloggers who are out there (what, no Michael Tidd?) but if nothing else I can pop it on the CV and pretend that it’s really very important.
